Import export figures in the first 4 months 2009 of Vietnam

The initial statistic figures from export business in the first quarter of 2009 has reflected the effects from world financial crisis. (* Refer to more financial news in Vietnam )

The highlight of export contribution in this three months are:

* Export contribution from FDI enterprise: - 34% ( in the first 2 months: -23.4%) year on year
* Although agriculture products (in crop seasoning now) gains big export volume, which can gain the high grows, like: Tapioca Products (+223.7%), Chemical Products (+237.3%), Tea (+110.2%)
* Major export cargoes has drop significantly in comparison with last year, like: Crude Oil (-45.5%), Rubber (-46.2%)
* Re-Export Goal with big volume (4,833%) ** Should not count in export amount of country

The higlight of import in this three months are:

* Import from FDI enterpises also reduce -33% (in the first 2 months: 29.8%) year on year
* Key import raw materials reduces significantly, like: Clinker -52%, Wooden Materails - 56%,
